Executive Coaching
Leadership support for people carrying significant responsibility
Mission-driven organizations ask a lot of their leaders. The pressure to deliver results while supporting teams, navigating constant change, and responding to urgent needs can quietly lead to burnout, reactive communication, and disconnection.
Executive coaching creates space for leaders to step out of survival mode and strengthen how they lead—from the inside out.
I partner with senior leaders, directors, and department heads to build the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience needed to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and sustainability.
Who This Is For
This work is designed for:
Senior leaders and directors
Chief operating officers
Executive directors
Department leaders
High-capacity leaders navigating growth, change, or increasing responsibility
Organizations often bring me in when:
communication breakdowns are impacting team effectiveness
leaders are carrying unsustainable levels of stress
burnout and overwhelm are affecting morale and retention
strong technical leaders need support strengthening relational leadership skills
organizations want to invest in healthier leadership culture and long-term sustainability
I work primarily with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and public sector teams committed to supporting both people and performance.
What the Coaching Process Includes
Coaching engagements typically include:
A minimum of 12 coaching sessions over four months
An EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment or EQ 360 assessment
Confidential goal-setting and leadership development planning
Real-time coaching around communication, leadership challenges, boundaries, conflict, and decision-making
The EQ 360 process gathers confidential feedback from peers, supervisors, and direct reports to help leaders better understand their strengths and growth areas across the 15 components of emotional intelligence.
This process supports both insight and action—helping leaders strengthen communication, navigate pressure more effectively, and lead with greater intention.
Outcomes Leaders Often Experience
Leaders commonly report:
stronger communication and collaboration
increased confidence and self-awareness
healthier boundaries and reduced burnout
greater emotional regulation under pressure
improved ability to navigate difficult conversations
clearer decision-making and leadership presence
Organizations often notice:
healthier team dynamics
stronger collaboration across teams
more emotionally intelligent leadership
improved retention and sustainability
leaders who are better equipped to support their teams through change
My Approach
My coaching approach pairs a deeply human process with practical leadership development.
I believe effective leadership is not just about strategy or performance metrics. It’s also about a leader’s ability to communicate clearly, regulate stress, navigate relationships, and lead sustainably in high-pressure environments.
This work creates space for leaders to reflect honestly, strengthen self-awareness, and develop new ways of responding to complexity—so growth doesn’t just happen conceptually, but in the day-to-day realities of leadership.
