Break the Box
I believe possibility is nourished within circles of women. It’s an age-old practice that has brought peace to nations, created financial stability for marginalized communities and has been the fertile soil for books to be written, stories to be told and change agents to speak up. There's a huge cost to our humanity by maintaining the status quo. This group is about breaking out of the boxes that limit us. In this intimate coaching circle, you will access new ways to connect with your inner wisdom, interrupt the inner critic from directing your life, explore identity work, set vision and goals in alignment to you and empower this vision with action to actualize it.
What's the Commitment?
We will kick off the circle with a virtual retreat on Saturday, October 10th from 9:00am-12:00pm. Our coaching circle will run for six months (October 2020- February 2021) and meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 4:00pm-5:30pm. In between coaching sessions, you will have practices to support you in breakthroughs and actualizing your vision.
My commitment is to be a stand for your greatness and be a compassionate disrupted of old patterns so you actualize a vision or goal that’s in alignment with your inner wisdom and essence.

We meet twice a month (online) for a six-month journey. We kick off the circle with a half-day retreat on Saturday October 10th. Space is limited to five people.
